We are seeking an experienced Office Manager & Executive Assistant to oversee office operations, coordinate travel arrangements, and support administrative activities that ensure a productive and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day office operations to maintain an organized, efficient, and productive workplace.
- Oversee office services, including workspace allocation, facilities management, office systems maintenance, and procurement of office supplies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide administrative and executive support, including travel coordination and related logistics.
- Plan and coordinate internal meetings, events, and activities, ensuring seamless execution and logistics management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on office-related matters.
- Support the continuous improvement and implementation of office processes and best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the office and across business functions to ensure smooth operations.
