Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Accra. The primary responsibilities will include identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company’s virtual marketplace and related services. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, preparing sales reports, and representing Yenique Prix Enterprise in various forums and events.
Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and closing deals
• Customer Service and Relationship Management expertise to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills to convey value propositions effectively
• Time Management and Organizational skills to meet sales targets and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changes, and thrive in a competitive sales environment
• Previous experience in sales or retail is an advantage
• High school diploma or higher educational qualification; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus
