Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor cash flow and maintain healthy working capital levels. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions. Manage taxation, statutory compliance, and financial audits. Analyze the profitability of products, distribution channels, and regions. Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to manage inventory costs and stock valuation. Develop internal controls to safeguard company assets. Monitor business performance and provide strategic financial recommendations to management. Ensure accurate financial record keeping and reporting. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional certification is highly preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance role. Experience in FMCG, beverage, distribution, wholesale, or liquor industry is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Must be willing to relocate to Zanzibar.
