It all starts here. In your dashboard click on "Create offer". You will be guided through a simple and structured form where you will fill in:
- The job title
- The role description
- The skills sought
- The expected level of experience
- The place or mode of work (face-to-face, hybrid, remote work)
Tip : Write a clear and attractive offer. Be precise about the missions, but also highlight your corporate culture.
2. Publish your job offer
Once your offer is complete, you can publish it immediately or save it as a draft. The publication will make the offer visible on the platform, and EdoMatch’s algorithm will start to analyze the corresponding profiles.

3. Receive and manage applications
As soon as a candidate applies, you receive a notification in your recruiter space. Each application is automatically graded by our AI, which helps you to :
