Is this budget fit for a donor proposal?
Yes: each line gives the gross salary, the monthly employer cost and the months budgeted each year, which is what most donors ask for the personnel line.
What is in the employer cost?
The gross salary, social contributions and employer taxes the country's law sets. Benefits of your own (health insurance, bonuses) are to be added.
How is the raise applied?
Once a year, on each anniversary of the budget, to every salary. The employer cost is computed again on the new salary, contributions included.
Should a thirteenth month be planned?
It depends on your collective agreement and practice; some countries set a gratification. The tool lets you choose from none to two extra months.
