Role Description
In this role, you will gain on-the-job experience in the below areas and interact with global clients in the execution of these duties:
Marketplace Catalog Management:

  • Proofread, verify and ensure the accuracy of all product content including key data fields, attributes, product descriptions, images, and documents prior to uploading to ecommerce sites

  • Execute bulk uploads and syndication of updated or new basic content (featured bullets, descriptions, titles, secondary images) to PIM/DAM and ecommerce sites

  • Perform content auditing, monitoring, fine-tuning and troubleshooting of issues to ensure content adhere to brand and reseller specifications

  • File tickets and work with external ecommerce support teams to promptly resolve catalog issues

  • Update brand stores – set up promo pages, new product launch features and other relevant brand store updates to build brand equity and promote cross-sell opportunities

  • Perform keyword research and other category/competitor content research to ensure listings are search optimized

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the execution of sales strategies, including pricing updates, promotions, and advertising campaigns to drive product visibility and conversions.

  • Support marketing initiatives by researching industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.

  • Help optimize product listings with compelling copy, images, and enhanced content to maximize conversions.

  • Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.

Customer Service Support:

  • Respond promptly to buyers or shoppers and effectively resolve order related questions

  • Monitor product ratings and customer feedback and provide insights to brands for improvement

  • Assist in the processing of returns and refunds

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Good understanding of eCommerce and Commerce in general

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles

  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
