Role Overview

This is not a traditional recruiter role.

We’re looking for commercially driven Recruiter Consultants who own the full recruitment cycle — from first client conversation to signed deal, successful placement, and paid invoice.

You act as sales, advisor, negotiator and delivery owner in one.
If you enjoy closing deals, building long-term client relationships, and earning uncapped commissions, this role is built for you.

You’ll sell high-value recruitment solutions ranging from executive search to large-scale assessment programs and white-label recruitment solutions — supported by strong tech, marketing and delivery teams.

We build a full suite of powerful HR-tech solutions and recruitment services for every company size and budget. Your role is to identify the perfect fit for each client, take full ownership, and turn opportunities into results.

What You’ll Own (End-to-End)

-Sales & Business Development

-Acquire and manage your own client portfolio.

-Sell premium recruitment solutions:

-Executive & specialist search

-Volume recruitment & assessments

-AI-powered matching solutions

-White-label recruitment services

-Lead sales conversations, proposals and negotiations.

-Position yourself as a trusted hiring advisor, not just a recruiter.

Recruitment & Delivery

-Translate client needs into smart hiring strategies.

-Source, assess and present top-tier candidates.

-Manage the full hiring process from intake to placement.

-Ensure delivery quality, speed and client satisfaction.

-Revenue, Closures & Payments

-Own deals until payment is received.

-Close offers, negotiate fees and contract terms.

Your success is measured by revenue, delivery and retention.

Who We’re Looking For

-Strong commercial mindset with recruitment experience.

-Comfortable selling high-ticket recruitment solutions.

-Confident negotiator with clients and candidates.

-Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven and results-focused.

-Able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

-Experience in recruitment, sales, staffing or consulting is a big plus.

Compensation & Upside (This Is Where It Gets Interesting)

-Benchmark base salary (full-time)

-Uncapped bonus & commission structure — no ceiling (negotiate)

-High performers earn significantly above market average

-Bonuses are paid on closed + delivered + paid deals + at the end of the Quarter
