Position Summary:
The Marketing and Sales Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of all marketing initiatives and sales operations to drive market penetration, dealer network expansion, and revenue growth. This dual-role position requires a unique blend of strategic marketingvision and hands-on sales leadership to establish KENBO as Ghana's leading mobility brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership (30%)
· Develop and implement comprehensive 3-year marketing and sales strategy aligned withcompany objectives
· Lead market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning
· Create annual marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
· Establish brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
· Develop and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, transport unions, andindustry associations
B. Marketing Management (35%)
· Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
· Develop dealer marketing support programs and co-branded materials
