We are looking for a Company Driver.

Position Summary
HR Leverage Ghana, a Pan-African Workforce Management company providing top-tier HR and business solutions to SMEs and large organizations, is seeking a professional and reliable Driver to support transportation needs across client operations. The Driver will be responsible for safely transporting staff, materials, and documents, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, ensuring compliance with road safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong knowledge of local routes, excellent driving skills, and a high sense of responsibility and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, clients, and company materials to and from designated locations.

• Adhere to all Ghanaian road safety regulations and company driving policies.

• Conduct routine vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained.

• Report any mechanical issues or required repairs to the supervisor promptly.

• Manage delivery of documents, parcels, and supplies within specified timelines.

• Plan efficient routes to optimize time and fuel usage.

• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and trip logs.

• Support administrative and operational tasks when required.

• Ensure a professional, courteous, and customer-friendly driving experience.

• Uphold confidentiality, especially when transporting sensitive documents or executives.

Job Requirements

• SSCE/WASSCE or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 3years of professional driving experience.

• Valid Ghanaian driver’s license (Categories B, C, or higher).

• Strong knowledge of Accra routes and traffic regulations.

• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.

• Experience transporting executives or working in a corporate environment is an added advantage.
